Call me crazy, but I made a pastel flag cake for the 4th of July. It's America's BIRTHDAY cake! I realize it's a non-traditional color palette (to my husband's dismay), but it will be so fun to serve to the kids' table on the fourth, for a little 4th-ish bday party!
